What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All ticket and pass sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including for unused tickets, inclement weather, or personal schedule changes. In some cases, dated tickets may be eligible for a one-time date change (subject to availability and price differences). Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

May I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No. Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person for whom they were purchased. Valid ID may be required. This policy helps us protect guests from fraud and ensure accurate admission and capacity management.

How do I re-enter the park if I have to leave for some reason?

Hand stamps are required for same-day re-entry. Please exit through designated turnstiles to receive your hand stamp.
